Swear words (in any language) will get your account without Any refunds.

As a HostMaria.com customer, your sole remedy for any real or imagined breech, fraud, or lack is to stop paying HostMaria.com; that is, cancel your account. If we, in our sole judgement, have been the cause of an extensive breech of service to you, we will refund your payment for the breeched time, not to exceed thirty days.

We offer very generous free hosting trials, sometimes up to 6 months of free service. There are no refunds for payments of hosting services you have started using.

There are no refunds for domain names registered or renewed via HostMaria.com.

It is at HostMaria.com sole discretion whether or not to refund a payment after it has been received. If you have purchased hosting account very recently and wish to have a refund - please open a support ticket and we will make the final decission.

HostMaria.com bills clients in various pre-set periods. If during this period a customer cancels their account they will not receive any refund. Customers cannot put their accounts on "hold" or "delay". Customers strictly pay for the time they use.

Repeating: If an account is removed due to a TOS violations, piracy, trademark violations, spamming, hosting adult sites, hosting website that sends out attacks or using swear words > we reserve the right not to refund any payments.
